The staff was friendly. They were helpful in providing a place for a Zoom interview. The hotel has a stylish design. I noted the pleasant low lighting.
The service man did not bring towels quickly. I observed he didn't speak English. One guest did not receive a bathrobe and slippers. The service man said 'finito.

fantastic amenities and prime location
vegan amenities rooftop pool central location
i really enjoyed my stay. the hotel provided vegan room amenities, a nice touch. the rooftop pool and sauna were a great experience. the hotel offered a central location, ideal for getting around and seeing the sights.
The air conditioning was not very effective. The room remained a bit warm despite my adjustments. it was a very slight inconvenience.

the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. getting a taxi was also easy from the hotel entrance. its proximity allowed for easy access to various parts of the city.

i found the breakfast buffet to be quite good, with a varied selection of items. the hotel restaurant served very good food. the restaurant also offered food at reasonable prices and was well-stocked.

the staff was really good and provided helpful directions. they assisted with anything needed throughout my stay. the check-in process was seamless. the team members were very helpful and attentive.

broken sauna no cups
The reception area had a good look, so that was acceptable.
The steam sauna did not work. There were no cups available at the water machine. People drank from their hands. Maybe they should invest in some cups!!!

Really good Hospitality
modern design rooftop pool streaming service
I appreciated the modern room design. The rooftop pool allowed a refreshing start to each day with provided towels. I also valued the convenient access to streaming services on the tv.
The service man was not so helpful when i needed towels, slippers and bathrobes.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It included excellent equipment. Parking was available and convenient.

mediocre experience overall
outdated furniture high noise
the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room felt outdated. the furniture showed noticeable wear and tear. there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom that i couldn't identify. also, the noise level was HIGH.
